Package Excludes:
- GST and TCS extra.
- Any extra sightseeing which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Beverages and other meals not indicated in the program.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Travel insurance in all kinds.
- Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, shopping).
- Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling/cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc.
- Anything which is not mentioned in the “Package Cost”.
Cancellation Policies:
- Deposit of 80,000 Rs. per person.
- Before 30 days of tour: 50% of tour cost.
- After 30 days of tour: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable.
Important Terms and Conditions:
- Airlines are controlled by DGCA under its policies and as a tour operator we do not have any control over refund, rescheduling or amendments. In case of bankruptcy declared by an airline, the norms will be governed by the NCLT of India and the cost of the new air ticket will have to be borne by the passengers only. In case if passenger decides to cancel the trip, cancellation charges will be as per policy.
- It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if you do not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours due to any reason whatsoever.
- Visa for Visa on Arrival destinations (Thailand/Bali/Mauritius/Maldives) are not included in the packages.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
- To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
- We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late checkout is solely based on the discretion of the hotel. In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
- There will not be porter facility (luggage handling) throughout the tour. The passengers have to handle their own luggage. It’s an individual’s responsibility to take care of own luggage.
- No refund will be given if passenger is denied flight boarding/travel due to passport damage or passport validity issue or any other immigration or flight related issue.
- Skyline Tours holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death or theft during the tour. We arrange services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc. on behalf of its clients.
